博士毕业于比利时根特大学生物科学工程专业,法兰德斯农业、渔业和食品研究所教授,担任农业工程系的环境技术研究负责人,畜牧科学永久专家职位。致力于农业活动对环境影响的评估,以及对应的影响弱化技术的开发研究。 法兰德畜牧业排放科学委员会会员、欧洲农业工程师学会理事会成员、英国农业工程师学会会员、国际农业和生物系统工程委员会,担任期刊Biosystems Engineering主编。

Peter Demeyer is an expert in Bioscience Engineering with a focus on Chemistry and Bioprocess Technology. He holds a Master of Science and a PhD in Bioscience Engineering from Ghent University, Belgium. From 2000 to 2023, he worked at the Flanders Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (ILVO), where he served as Environmental Technology Research Leader within the Agricultural Engineering Department. His research focused on evaluating the environmental impacts of agricultural activities and developing technologies to mitigate these impacts. Currently, he holds a permanent position as Science4Policy Expert on Livestock Emissions at ILVO and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Biosystems Engineering. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Flemish Scientific Committee on Livestock Emissions (WeComV), EurAgEng, the Institution of Agricultural Engineers (UK) where he holds Fellow status (FIAgrE), and the CIGR Technical Section II 'Structures and Environment'.

英国莱斯特大学计算与数学科学学院教授,博士生导师。分别获得华中科技大学无线电技术工程学士学位、英国邓迪大学生物医学工程理学硕士学位、英国爱丁堡赫里奥特瓦特大学计算机视觉博士学位。周挥宇教授主要从事人工智能、机器视觉相关研究,在该领域发表了500多篇同行评审论文,他的研究工作已经或正在得到英国EPSRCESRCAHRCMRC、欧盟、皇家学会、Leverhulme TrustInvest NIPuffin TrustAlzheimers Research UKInvest NI 和工业界的支持。

Dr. Huiyu Zhou received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Radio Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Dundee of United Kingdom, respectively. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Vision from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Dr. Zhou currently is a full Professor at School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He has published over 500 peer-reviewed papers in the field. His research work is being supported by UK EPSRC, ESRC, AHRC, MRC, EU, Royal Society, Leverhulme Trust, Invest NI, Puffin Trust, Alzheimers Research UK, Invest NI and industry.

Dr. Arthur Genis, with a Ph.D. in Agriculture and Environmental Development from Ben-Gurion University, has over 20 years of research experience in improving agricultural practices in arid and semi-arid regions. His work includes developing a dynamic model of soil-water uptake by plant roots, which enhances irrigation efficiency. Dr. Genis has pioneered the Growth Based Irrigation (GBI) system, integrating plant sensors, environmental data, advanced irrigation technologies, and cloud computing to optimize resource use and increase crop production. His research has been applied in Israel, Turkey, and China, focusing on irrigation systems that reduce water and fertilizer usage while improving agricultural output.

泰国国王科技大学副教授,创新热带农业博士项目负责人。分别获开赛大学食品科学与技术学士学位、吞武里先皇技术大学收获后技术硕士学位以及诺丁汉大学生物科学博士学位。他的博士后研究得到了维也纳自然资源与生命科学大学 OeAD 基金的支持。曾在孔敬大学、Kasetsart 大学任教,并担任自然资源与生命科学大学的特邀讲师。担任《Horticultural Science & Biotechnology》的副主编。主要研究重点为采后生理学、利用植物激素保存热带水果、通过植物提取物预防疾病,以及封装、光照和超声波等先进处理方法,已发表 95 篇论文,H 指数为 18,参与编撰《香蕉成熟科学与技术》著作一部。

Dr. Suriyan Supapvanich is an Associate Professor in Postharvest Technology at King Mongkuts Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand, where he also directs the Ph.D. program in Innovative Tropical Agriculture. He holds a B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology (Kasetsart University), an M.S. in Postharvest Technology (King Mongkuts University of Technology Thonburi), and a Ph.D. in Biosciences (University of Nottingham). His postdoctoral research was supported by OeAD grants at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Dr. Supapvanich has taught at Khon-Kean University, Kasetsart University, and as an invited lecturer at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences. He is an Associate Editor for The Journal of Horticultural Science & Biotechnology. His research focuses on postharvest physiology, tropical fruit preservation using plant hormones, disease prevention via plant extracts, and advanced treatments like encapsulation, light, and sonication. Dr. Supapvanich has published 95 papers and has an H-index of 18. He authored two book chapters and the textbook Banana Ripening Science and Technology.

Dr. Longsheng Fu is a professor at Northwest A&F University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree from Hokkaido University in Japan in 2012 and his M.S. and B.S. degrees from China Agricultural University in 2009 and 2006, and was a postdoc researcher at Washington State University from 2017 to 2019. Prof. FU is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Computers and Electronics in Agriculture (IF5: 8.4), Associate Editor of Precision Agriculture (IF5: 6.1) and Editorial Board of Biosystems Engineering (IF5: 5.2). His research interests include smart agricultural technology and equipment, agricultural automation and robotics. He published more than 50 peer-reviewed journal papers, including 7 Highly Cited Papers from Essential Science Indicators, which have more than 3600 citations in the past 5 years and was named in Stanford/Elsevier's Top 2% Scientist Rankings.

杨宁,国家重点研发计划青年首席科学家,神农青年英才,江苏省333计划二级人才,江苏省优秀青年科学家,江苏省双创博士人才;现任澳门大学客座研究员、中国农业机械学会工厂农业分会理事长、CCF数字农业分会执行委员。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等10多个国家级/部级项目。近五年在TOP期刊上发表了38篇论文。荣获2022年江苏省科学技术二等奖、第十二届DBN科技创新奖、2023年中国产学研合作创新与推广成果一等奖。研究方向包括:作物病害感知理论和多源多尺度检测技术、集成农业芯片设计和系统级封装技术、农业专用智能传感器的开发和物联网传感系统的设计。    

Dr. Yang Ning is a young chief scientist of the National Key R&D Program, a Shennong Young Elite, a second-tier talent under Jiangsu Provinces 333 Program, an outstanding young scientist of Jiangsu Province, and a double-creation doctoral talent of Jiangsu Province. He serves as a visiting researcher at the University of Macau, Deputy Director of the Factory Agriculture Branch of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery, and Executive Committee Member of the CCF Digital Agriculture Branch. Dr. Yang has presides over more than 10 national and ministerial-level projects such as the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation, with project funds exceeding ten million. In the past five years, he has published 38 papers in top journals. His awards include the 2022 Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Second Prize, the 12th DBN Science and Technology Innovation Award, and the 2023 China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion Achievement First Prize. His research focuses on crop disease perception theory and multi-source multi-scale detection technology, integrated agricultural chip design and system-level packaging technology, and the development of agricultural-specific intelligent sensors and the design of IoT sensing systems.

Dr. Manuel Guillermo Forero is a professor at Universidad de Ibagué, Colombia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Javeriana University, Master's degrees in Bioengineering and Electrical Engineering from Los Andes University, and a Master's in Medical Imaging and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France. He also completed postdoctoral research in Microscopic Imaging at the Daza de Valdés Optics Research Institute in Spain. Dr. Forero is currently the president of the Colombian Association for Image Recognition and is focused on the development of novel methods in image processing and pattern recognition, AI-driven image processing, machine learning, and the application of microscopic imaging. He has collaborated with research institutions worldwide, publishing over 100 high-level papers in his field. Additionally, he serves as a guest editor for the journal Applied Science and is a reviewer for several renowned journals.

Dr. Phebe Ding is a Professor at Universiti Putra Malaysia, specializing in Postharvest Physiology and Horticulture. Her research focuses on fruit characterization and growth patterns to optimize harvesting and extend postharvest life. She has served as Regional Consultant for the ASEAN postharvest loss project, an expert in postharvest quality workshops, the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Fruit FarmersAssociation and the International Tropical Fruits Network. Phebe chairs the Technical Committee on Fresh Fruits at the Department of Standards Malaysia, contributing to Malaysian Fresh Fruit Standards, the Harumanis Mango Perlis Entrepreneur Cooperative Berhad. With 130 journal articles, 153 conference proceedings, 2 books, 10 book chapters, and 9 edited books, Phebe has an h-index of 21 and 1,510 citations. She has supervised 22 PhD and 30 Masters students. Phebe serves as an external examiner, conference speaker, and reviewer for over 450 manuscripts, and is the editor-in-chief of Pertanika Journal of Tropical Agricultural Sciences.

德国莱布尼茨农业工程与生物经济研究所 (ATB) 农业机电一体化系 PRECISION HORTICULTUR 工作组组长。她曾在柏林 Beuth 应用科学大学担任教授,并在 Agritechnica 上荣获创新银奖。担任欧盟 COST 行动管理委员会的德国国家代表、国际精准农业学会的国家代表、马来西亚 SMART 农业技术研究中心精准农业小组的成员、明希贝格水果研究站和莱姆堡研究中心科学顾问委员会成员;主持了多项欧盟、德国农业和食品部以及中德国际合作项目,担任多个期刊的编委。她致力于原位水果质量测量和光谱检测,发表论文200 多篇,被引用次数超过 4500 次,持续为精准农业和气候变化适应领域作出重要贡献。

Dr. Manuela Zude-Sasse is currently the work group chair of PRECISION HORTICULTUR in the department of agromechatronics at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB) in Germany. She previously served as a professor at Beuth University of applied Sciences Berlin and was awarded the silver medal for innovation at agritechnica. She is also the country representative for Germany on the Management Committee of the EU COST Action at the International Society of Precision Agriculture. In addition, she is a member of the SMART Farming Technology Research Center's Precision Farming group in Malaysia and serves on the Scientific Advisory Boards of both the Fruit Research Station Müncheberg and the Versuchszentrum Laimburg. Dr. Zude-Sasse has led numerous EU, German Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and China-Germany international cooperation projects. Dr. Zude-Sasse holds several key positions in scientific organizations for journal. With over 200 publications and more than 4,500 citations, she continues to contribute significantly to the fields of precision agriculture and climate change adaptation.

Dr. Enlai Zheng is the Associate Dean of the College of Engineering at Nanjing Agricultural University. His research focuses on intelligent precision farming equipment and mobile agricultural robots. He has led more than 20 projects, including National Natural Science Foundation grants (General Program, Young Scientists Program), sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published over 50 SCI/EI-indexed journal papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Soil & Tillage Research, Powder Technology, Biosystems Engineering, Nonlinear Dynamics, and Journal of Agricultural Engineering. In addition, he holds nearly 40 national invention patents. He was successfully selected for the third cohort of the Zhongshan Academic Rising Stars Program at Nanjing Agricultural University and the Jiangsu Province Qinglan Project for Outstanding Young Faculty.

   Dr. Wentao Ma received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from the National University of Defense Technology, China, in 2023. He has published several articles in refereed journals and conferences, such as  IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, and AAAI. His main research interests include cross-modal retrieval, person ReID and intelligent agriculture.

Dr. Yuwei received his Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology of China and B.S. degree from Hefei University of Technology, and was a Visiting Scholar at Zhejiang University. His research focus on Smart Agriculture applications including fruit and vegetable testing, livestock and poultry breeding. He hosted more than 10 research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China and Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation, published more than 50 SCI/EI indexed papers and obtained more than 900 citations on Google Scholar, and served as Youth Editorial Board Member in Plant Phenomics, Agriculture Communications, and Fruit Research.

Dr. Juan Liao received her Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Nanjing University, China, in 2015, and was a Visiting Scholar in University of Leicester, UK, in 2020. She has awarded more than 10 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui and the Anhui Provincial Key Research and Development Project, and  published more than 20 SCI/EI indexed papers. Her main research focus on smart agriculture applications including rice seeding detection, rice disease recognition, and rice seed quality detection.
